| After much consideration I have decided to divide the PAC teams into skill level teams for all future tournaments. This increases the maximum number of people per PAC team from 10 to 18 and creates 3 sub teams (Squads) within each PAC team.
A Squad - Levels 40 - 50
B Squad - Levels 25 - 40
C Squad - Levels 1 - 25
Obviously this is not a perfect level split by any means but it does give us a starting point to refine the structure. This also allows each PAC team to accomodate more members as each Squad has 4 primary members and 2 stand-by members.
It will take some time for each team to adjust itself to the new structure, enroll new members and refine the teams PAC team forum. With everyones' help this will not be a difficult task. | |
