Well I can tell everyone this.

The conference will be slated for July 18th and 19th if it is held in 2008. If it is pushed off till 2009 it will be held July 17th and 18th.

Anyone can attend at the last minute but the packet price will increase due to the fact that only a set number of hotel rooms will be reserved for members who purchase thier packets before May of that year. Purchasing additional hotel rooms and making last minute changes to the dinners will of course be more costly.

In order to keep the prices down we will encourage everyone to purchase thier packets before the May cutoff deadline. If intrest levels increase enough we will begin pre-registrations next month. If not we will postpone till 2009.

Deathstrader, could you re-post the details somewhere so we know what they are? Since we dont' know for sure it's going to happen, maybe just roundabout figures/details. (I don't remember what the costs were or what was planned for those two days) thx!
