Your responsibilities

Recruit: The recruit will play and get to know everyone. They will have to be voted onto the Team. No one person can just bring them in. They will be a recruit minimum one week and there is no maximum. In addition, recruits have one week to sign up to the Website. If you are not Semicolon Use (consider revising) you cannot be promoted.

Trial Periods:

We run a trial period when you enlist as a recruit; this period ranges in its length of time. We do this to ensure that not only are you right for EG, but also is EG right for you. You will operate as a full member in this period, however you will not have the full range of opportunity that a full member has until you are accepted.

Apprentice: The Apprentices have to start learning the Honor Code and accepted it, but now it is time you come to know and understand it. It contains the guidelines by which the entire Clan is run. The apprentice will have to learn the Rank Structure. They will need to teach the new recruits and decide if they want to be a player on the Team or if they want more.

Third Class Officer: The 3rd Class Officer will have to teach all Recruits and Apprentices what is required of them. They will help Recruits and Apprentices are promoted and get recruits them selves. They will also need to have the Honor Code and Rank Structure down. Knowing the Honor Code and Rank Structure while helping fellow team members will determine if they will be promoted.

Second Class Officer: The 2nd Class Officer will have to look over the 3rd Class Officers and make sure they are doing their job and help them when needed. Learn how to run meetings and navigate the website. Learn sound decision-making and what it really takes to run a successful squad. They will have to run practices within there team and train teammates. Also all 2nd Class Officer must know the Honor Code and Rank Structure in and out and enforce it at all times.

First Class Officer: The 1st Class Officer will have to look over the 2nd Class Officers and make sure they are doing their job and help them when needed. They will make sure practices are being held. They will get with other 1st Class Officers to make decisions that will benefit their Team. 1st Class Officer will make it fun to be in EG and name gamers of the week. They will also report to their Chief Officer regularly. 1st Class Officer becomes eligible for promotion after displaying the above qualities.

Chief Officer: The Chief Officer will look over all the 1st Class Officers and make sure they are doing their jobs and guide them if needed. The Chief Officer is not running the Team. They are there to monitor the Team and help Guide the team when needed. They are held responsible for Team list is posted on the WEB SITE. They are also empowered to make changes and decisions when needed that they see fit. They will also have to discus these things with their Senior Chief often.

Senior Chief: The Senior Chief will look over their Chief Officers and make sure they are doing their job and not taking control of the team. Have monthly meetings with there Chief Officers. Look over their Teams and over there fellow Senior Chiefs Teams if and when necessary. They will approve EG tags and EG Teams to split. They will be required to help with certain things with the WEB SITE. Senior Chiefs are eligible for promotion after EXCELLING in the above responsibilities. They will make sure things are running smooth and make EG is Successful!

Master Chief: The Master Chief will look over their Senior Chiefs and make sure they are helping their Teams. They will check to see that the Senior Chiefs are moving around from Team to Team to help out if and when needed. They will report to the Command Master Chiefs how everything is doing. Help the Command Master Chiefs in making decisions. They will also be required to help with the day-to-day business of the WEB SITE. They are required to help with the Team splitting. They are here to help and to enforce the Honor Code and Rank Structure. There should be nothing about the community they do not know. They will make sure things are running smooth and make EG is Successful!

Command Master Chief: The Command Master Chief will look over the Senior Chiefs and the Master Chiefs. Make sure EG is running right. Helping people who need it. They will have to run the Web Site. They will have to set up meeting dates. There should be nothing about the community they do not know. They will also have to come up with new and interesting ways to make EG The Best place for Gamers to play!

i will soon be asking every first class officers to take on more responsibility with their squads. Once we get our first class officers back online I want them to send me an update of their squad once a week. thankyou

lol ya as long as there not squeakers and there good guys. If I find out they havent gotten on the website or theyre assholes or nething ill just take them out so recruit wisely.
